Appearances & Booksignings Thursday, April 2, 2009 Kansas Library Association/MPLA Joint Conference Hyatt Regency/Century II Convention Center 400 West Waterman Wichita, KS Niki will be appearing alongside author Elizabeth Boyle to talk to librarians about how to use libraries' romance fiction collections to draw in readers from the teen years through retirement. May 5 - 8, 2009 Florida Library Association Annual Conference Doubletree Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando, FL Niki will be attending the Florida Library Association's annual conference. During the conference, she'll be presenting a workshop for librarians with author Elizabeth Boyle. If you're at the conference, check it out on the morning of May 6th. Wednesday, July 15, 2009, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Romance Writers of America Annual Literacy Autographing Marriott Wardman Park Hotel Washington, DC Niki and nearly 400 other authors will be signing books, with all proceeds of the sales going to literacy charities. If you're in the DC area, this is a great chance to meet and talk to Niki (and many other fantastic authors!) Are you a librarian, book club coordinator, or school event planner? Niki signs books wherever she goes and posts the most up-to-date list of stores with signed stock to her Bulletin Board. Be sure to check there for a store near you. Still no luck? No problem! You can contact Niki via snail mail and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with two first-class stamps, and she'll use that self-addressed, stamped envelope to send you an autographed bookplate for any of your books. Just include a note letting her know the book title(s) for which you'd like to receive a bookplate. (In other words: In an envelope addressed to Niki, please send a SECOND envelope you address to yourself, and put two stamps on it. When she gets it, she'll mail that second envelope back to you with the bookplates inside. Make sense?)
